Cabo Real Surf Club is the first development in North America built around a private Endless Surf wave basin: four acres of engineered, on-demand waves serving a capped community of surfers, paired shoulder-to-shoulder with championship golf. Ground broke in December 2024, the basin footprint is already carved into the site at Km 19.5, and opening is scheduled for 2026. Behind it stands a rare alliance — Meriwether Companies alongside Grupo Questro and Clubs Desarrolla, with residences designed by Sordo Madaleno, one of Mexico's most respected architecture firms.
This is a club, not a surf park. There are no ticketed sessions: access runs through a private membership, with property owners within the Cabo Real community qualifying for Resident Membership and a limited number of Founder Memberships available by invitation. Membership numbers are capped. The Robert Trent Jones II course — currently still open to public play — sits within the club's amenity picture alongside racquet sports, wellness, and beach access.
Four residential collections are taking shape: Boardwalk Homes fronting the wave basin, Villa Homes, turnkey Surf Casitas, and custom Estate Homesites — all carrying Sordo Madaleno's contemporary Baja language. Pricing and current release details are available on request.
The Surf Club also changes the math on what already exists. Legacy Cabo Real spans everything from inland condos in Gardenias to Casa del Mar and the residences at Las Ventanas al Paraíso — and as of September 2026, resale listings run from $515,000 to $10.25 million on the Los Cabos MLS. An address that just became the gateway to North America's first private wave club is not the same address it was two years ago.
Whether you're weighing a Surf Club release, a Founder Membership, or a legacy Cabo Real resale positioned to benefit from everything being built next door, talk to us before you talk to a sales office.
